An International client of ours is seeking an Awesome Admin Assistant for their Hong Kong office. The role is part time - 3 days per week. Duties include, filing, answering phones, meeting minutes, typing and other general office duties. They are seeking candidates with prior Admin experience, preferably within an Architecture or Design firm. English, Cantonese essential, Mandarin preferred. You must be well spoken and well presented. MS office skills are essential, Adobe suite skills preferred. Perhaps you are seeking to get back into the work force after maternity leave or are studying part time?
