Duties include, filing, answering phones, meeting minutes, typing and other general office duties. They are seeking candidates with prior Admin experience, preferably within an Architecture or Design firm. English, Cantonese essential, Mandarin preferred. You must be well spoken and well presented. MS office skills are essential, Adobe suite skills preferred. Perhaps you are seeking to get back into the work force after maternity leave or are studying part time?   • Profound Project Architect Ref. 16234

    Hong Kong | HKD 38000-45000 per month

    A top International Architecture firm is seeking a Project Architect with 6-8 years post graduate experience. Experience in large scale commercial architecture is essential and you will be required to develop solutions for architectural technical systems and details in support of project design intent. You will also Coordinate the design development, production, and delivery of projects as a technical leader of the project team. You will also preferably be a Registered Architect (HKIA/AIA/RIBA/Equiv.), have LEED accreditation, a solid knowledge of architectural construction methodology and building systems. You must be fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin. This is a great opportunity to work with an Internationally acclaimed practice on some exciting projects.   • Strong Senior Design Architect Ref. 16235

    Hong Kong | HKD 60000-70000 per month

    An International Architecture studio is seeking a Senior Design Architect to collaborate with their Design Director to identify compelling, high-quality design solutions. You will have 10 years + expereince, 5 of those years in a Design Architect role. A registered Architect and LEED Certification is preferred but not essential. You will be leading conceptual design studies, be able to initiate ideas, discussions, and areas of research relevant to specific project design problems. You will provide leadership and guidance to the design team during all phases of project development. You will also have good client facing skills and be able to identify new business opportunities. Proficiency in AutoCAD or 3D modeling software such as Sketch-Up, Rhino and Revit is preferred. Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin is preferred.
