Whether you're an experienced interviewee who gets offered every role you go for or a graduate entering the workplace for the first time there are certain things that will help you secure your dream job.
Keep the file size as small as possible, no larger than 3-4MB - our clients may have problems receiving/storing very large CVs
Try and keep your CV to a maximum of 3 pages
Consider how your CV will look on a computer screen as this is where it will most often be reviewed
List your education and work experience in reverse chronological order (most recent first)
Be specific but succinct about projects you have worked on
Explain any gaps in work history. It's perfectly acceptable to have a break from work but just let the reader know why it was, so they don't think you've omitted something
Design CVs will need images, these can be on the CV or in a separate document. If the images are on the CV make sure they don't overtake the document, if they are in a separate document align them with your CV
List software packages you can use and your skill level on each
Give references with email address and mobile number if possible
Finally, use spell check and make sure all contact details are correct before you send it to us
