Before founding Bespoke in 2004 Lindsay worked as an Architect for practices including: Wilkinson Eyre, Pringle Brandon and Avery Associates in London and Denton Corker Marshall Architects in Hong Kong and Sydney. After deciding to move into recruitment, she spent several years in a boutique agency recruiting for some of the UK's leading design and architecture practices. Here, she noticed that agencies were increasingly moving toward a web-based service with fewer applicants being given the opportunity to meet their agents in person. Lindsay wanted to offer an alternative approach and Bespoke is the result.

Prior to joining Bespoke in 2007 Krista worked as an Architect in Sydney & London. She's a local girl trained at Sydney University whose experience being recruited for contract & permanent positions both in her home town & overseas led her to believe that there was a lot missing from the service provided by conventional agencies. Her renowned team in Surry Hills recruit Architects, Interior designers & creative support for leading design studios across Australia & facilitate the relocation of talented individuals looking to relocate from Australia to Europe, Asia & the Middle East.

Prior to joining Bespoke in 2006 Kate worked as an Interior Architect in London for Rogers Stirk Harbour & Partners and for the Buchan group in Melbourne. Having spent several years with Bespoke in London recruiting Architects and Interior Designers in the UK & Europe she returned to her home town to set up Bespoke's Melbourne office. Her well connected team in Flinders Lane now recruit Architects, Interior designers & creative support for leading design studios across Australia & facilitate the relocation of talented job seekers looking to relocate from Australia to Europe, Asia & the Middle East.

Prior to joining Bespoke Lucy worked for Rafael Vinoly Architects in London & New York. Having spent several years recruiting in Bespoke's London office recruiting architects and designers for the UK, she decided to return to Asia where she spent the majority of her childhood. She is now responsible for our Hong Kong office where her talented team source Architects, Interior designers & creative support for practices in Hong Kong, Shanghai & Beijing. Lucy is also responsible for facilitating the relocation of talented Architects and designers who have been studying & working in Europe, North America & Australia looking to return to Asia.
