      \r\n
    • Have relevant experience in architecture or design recruitment<\/li>\r\n
    • Not have previously applied or worked with Bespoke Careers<\/li>\r\n
    • Meet the requirements of the specific recruitment role being hired for<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n2. Program Details<\/strong>Referral rewards will be issued for successful placements of referred candidates into:\r\n
        \r\n
      • Permanent or contract recruitment consultant positions within Bespoke Careers<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nThe $2,000 AUD reward is contingent upon:\r\n
          \r\n
        • Successful placement in a qualifying recruitment role<\/li>\r\n
        • The candidate completing a full qualifying period of 12 weeks<\/li>\r\n
        • Verification of the candidate’s professional experience and credentials<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n3. Referral Submission<\/strong>Referrals must include:\r\n
            \r\n
          • A detailed professional background of the referred candidate<\/li>\r\n
          • Evidence of recruitment experience in the architecture or design sectors<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nSubmissions must be made through:\r\n
              \r\n
            • The official Bespoke Careers referral form<\/li>\r\n
            • Verified professional networking channels with explicit consent from the referred candidate<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n4. Reward Conditions<\/strong>\r\n
                \r\n
              • The referral reward is $2,000 AUD (or equivalent in the currency of the referred candidate’s local office, based on exchange rates on the payment day)<\/li>\r\n
