The event takes place at the historic Riverside Pavilion at Phyllis Court Club \u2014 a Grade II listed former grandstand dating from 1913, sensitively extended to offer year-round use with panoramic views across the Club&#8217;s lawns, the Chilterns, and the Thames itself.<\/p>\n<p>Thirteen projects have been shortlisted for the 2026 RIBA South Regional Awards, representing some of the region&#8217;s finest examples of innovation and high-quality design \u2014 from Studio Weave&#8217;s South Barn and David Kohn Architects&#8217; Gradel Quadrangles, to Wright &#038; Wright&#8217;s Spencer Building at Corpus Christi College, Oxford. The shortlist spans residential, community, education and conservation projects, each judged and presented locally by peers who understand the context, constraints and ambitions of the region.<\/p>\n<p>Tickets start from \u00a370 and tables are available for group bookings.
