The 2026 edition drew over 20,700 built environment professionals across the co-located shows, with attendance doubling year-on-year.<\/p>\n<p>More than 500 brands exhibit across Halls N1, N3 and N4, with the knowledge programme spanning CPD-accredited sessions on net-zero construction pathways, retrofit at scale, decarbonised materials, and digital performance tools. The programme includes the Futurebuild Arena Conference, the National Retrofit Conference, dedicated seminar stages, and structured networking for specifiers and decision-makers, with over 600 expert speakers across the 2026 edition.<\/p>\n<p>The 2027 edition arrives as the UK built environment faces tightening requirements around embodied carbon, operational performance, and retrofit delivery at scale.
