Run by the London Festival of Architecture with NLA, it is a month long programme of events on architecture and city making, delivered by practices, institutions, boroughs and community groups across London. The festival describes itself as a platform connecting people to the plans, policies and places shaping the city.<\/p>\n<p>The 2027 theme is Trust. The festival frames it as something earned through honesty, consistency, care and accountability, and ties the theme to the tenth anniversary of the Grenfell Tower fire. An open Call for Activity opens in January 2027 for anyone wanting to run an event, with mentoring support, and the full programme launches in May 2027. The curation panel includes Betty Owoo, Lee Ivett, Merlin Fulcher and Black Females in Architecture.<\/p>\n<p>For architects in London, LFA is both the busiest month of public facing events in the year and a low cost way to put a practice&#8217;s ideas in front of the city.
