Market<\/b><\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"1\"><b data-path-to-node=\"1\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Micah: <\/b>Tell me a about you and your background<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\"><span data-path-to-node=\"3,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\"><span class=\"citation-103\">Lauren:<\/span><\/b><span class=\"citation-103\"> So I have kind of a weird, windy career path. <\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"3,3\"><span class=\"citation-102\">I was the 24th employee of a company that grew to over like 200 people in the time that I was there, and I liked the most was like helping to shape the culture, helping to do the interviews like helping to find the people that made our company what was awesome about the company. <\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"3,6\"><span class=\"citation-101\">And so I was like, maybe I should be a recruiter. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\"><span data-path-to-node=\"4,1\"><span class=\"citation-100\">And so I became a recruiter for architects and interior designers, even though I had no experience in that. <\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"4,3\"> I was there for over three years. <\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"4,5\"><span class=\"citation-99\">I loved what I was doing, I made really amazing connections in the DC area with different firms and made some really great connections with candidates, some of which I still have relationships with. <\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"4,8\"><span class=\"citation-98\">And then I left right before Covid to start my own business doing not recruiting at all. <\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"4,11\"><span class=\"citation-97\">I was, doing fitness and stuff like that. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5\"><span data-path-to-node=\"5,1\"><span class=\"citation-96\">And then Covid happened and the world changed. <\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"5,4\"><span class=\"citation-95\">I somehow ended up doing voiceover work, and I became a voice actor. <\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"5,7\"><span class=\"citation-94\">While doing that, I also moved around a whole bunch and ultimately ended up in Austin. <\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"5,10\"><span class=\"citation-93\">I kind of missed recruiting, and decided I wanted to go back to doing that. <\/span><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"5,13\"><span class=\"citation-92\">And so I reached out to James, and that&#8217;s how I ended up here at Bespoke.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"1\"><span data-path-to-node=\"1,0\"><strong>Micah<\/strong>: What is the initial pulse on the DC market?
