Key Responsibilities

  • Underake a range of business development activities in collaboration with the leadership group
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for the sector, identify and pursue new business opportunities in this sector
  • Work with an existing client base but also broaned this base
  • Take a leadership role across sector fees, bids, EOIs and design competitions
  • Ensure design quality across all relevant projects
  • Grow and lead the sector team
  • Inspire through your collaborative and positive leadership style

  • High level communication and presentation skills
  • Proven professional experience and reputation within the industry
  • Able to bring people on the journey and implement and communicate changes effectively
