About this role

An exciting opportunity for an exceptional senior architect to join a fast-paced, collaborative, multi-discplinary company – globally renowned for designing and delivering projects across a wide range of sectors including; infrastructure, transport, urban regeneration, education.This is an opportunity to collaborate with senior company members and value-add to business development, as well as managing a landscape design team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the delivery of strategic landscape policy and masterplans 
  • Secure new work in relation to landscape initiatives and master-planning
  • Collaborate with senior team members to ensure effective performance management
  • Attending project interviews and overseeing the preparation of tenders and fee proposals
  • 10 years’ experience in Landscape Architecture, regeneration, and mixed-use development.
  • Ensure high-quality output while and manage a team of up to 8 people, providing coaching and mentoring
  • Contribute to the development of business strategy


Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in a project management role
  • AILA registration and significant consultancy experience
  • Strong visual communication skills and an ambition to create a team with a unique identity and market offer
  • AutoCAD proficiency and Revit also beneficial
  • Business development experience, including client management
  • High-level bid coordination
  • Sound knowledge of the local landscape market
  • Proven Project Manager level technical and commercial management experience
