Key Responsibilities

• Support development of annual business plans 
• Monitor the trajectory of strategy plans, course correcting when necessary
• Proactive financial analysis and reporting
• Actively promote business development 
• Support and guide major proposals and presentations
• Direct marketing initiatives to promote the firms service offering
• Assist with management of interior design work stream
• Administer proposal creation and fostering smooth knowledge transfer
• Cultivate constructive and positive working relationships
• Precipitate cross fertilization of talent and regional staff development

Skills and Experience

• 5-15 years minimum experience 
• Bachelor or Masters in Architecture; license preferred
• Proficiency with Revit 
• Ability to manage and interface with clients
• Strong communication and client management skills
