As an Associate Director, you will impart your passion for design and the importance of relationships while inspiring and leading a group of talented professionals and designers.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the practice overall through technical and management support to the wider design team
- Support the delivery of strategic design projects
- Manage workflow scheduling, project management, and team development
- Initiate and assist with business development, execute key stakeholder management, and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist in recruitment processes to develop team as the practice grows
Skills and Experience
- Significant demonstrated industry experience across a range of projects through all stages
- Exceptional concept and design development experience
- Key stakeholder management and client relationship development abilities
- Strong leadership, mentoring and collaboration skills
- Ability to write proposals, win and manage work
- Clear understanding of urban design, pubic realm and landscape architecture principles and the demonstrated ability to apply them
