About this role
Bespoke Careers are the leading architecture and design recruiter with offices in London, Australia and the US. We are looking to hire a Marketing Assistant in London who will work as part of the global marketing team. Reporting to the London MD and the Global Marketing Lead, the role will enhance overall business performance through compelling communications. This is a generalist marketing role, with exposure to all elements of the marketing mix and as such will be very hands-on. The main responsibility of the role will be supporting the London office with their everyday marketing needs, whilst also assisting on global communication plans and implementing and driving communications strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Day to day management of social media
- Managing all job boards and external advertising contracts
- Organising client and candidate events, including guestlists and invites, event planning and pre-and post-event debriefs and ROI analysis
- Ensuring ROI is tracked and measured for all local activities and data analysis of campaign success
- Working with the Global Marketing Lead on global and regional marketing campaigns
- Candidate and client communications, including email campaigns
- Ensuring local collateral and materials are up to date and on brand
- Assisting with the organisation of exhibitions and conferences
- Coordinating any sponsorship agreements
- Managing local digital marketing campaigns for candidate attraction
- Regular benchmarking of the brand and activities against competitor activities
- Managing press contacts, building and maintaining local relationships with target publications
Skills and Experience
- A degree or similar qualification in marketing with some professional experience in a marketing role. Ideally within professional services
- A team-player, conscientious, hard-working, with a can-do attitude and a desire to produce best in class marketing
- Good copy writing and proof reading skills
- Excellent communication skills with an eye for detail and passion for quality
- Working knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop skills is essential
- An understanding/experience of the recruitment and/or architecture/ design industry is a bonus
