Health Architect - Associate / Senior Associate

About this role

A well-established architectural design practice with a focus on health care and institutional projects. Studio with a focus on providing designs that enhance the experience for all users. Seeking an Architect with 10+ years’ experience including substantial experience in the health sector. The successful architect will have highly developed communication skills, relevant experience, and a drive to lead and deliver projects in collaboration with the team. Most projects in the $70 M - $200M range with a few larger significant projects on the horizon. Key Responsibilities

• Working with Directors and the wider team
• Lead and delivery key projects including potentially a new project (in Brisbane)
• Work through and develop the project across all phases
• Assist with the management of the studio and project procurement process Assist with the management of clients, consultants and team members

Skills & Experience

• Tertiary qualification in Architecture
• Current registration preferred
• Minimum 10+ years' experience in relevant sectors
• Revit valued not essential
• Experience working across phases in a project
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Client facing skills
• Experience in leading stakeholder workshops valued
• Excellent project and team management skills
• Ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with team members, consultants and clients
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively Ability to build rapport, present with impact and respectfully influence outcomes
