Key Responsibilities:
  • Work across multiple projects concurrently
  • Support and communicate clearly with internal teams
  • Get involved across front-end design processes in Rhino & Grasshopper
  • Confidently deliver Revit documentation packages
  • Liaise with consultants and key stakeholders
  • Lead by example to help maintain the great office culture

Skills & Experience:
  • Masters Degree in Architecture
  • Minimum 3+ years post-graduate, professional experience
  • Ideally with experience across infrastructure and public sectors
  • Proficiency in Revit + Rhino (Grasshopper a bonus)
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bio: Having obtained a Masters in architecture at the University of Melbourne and working in practice at Peddle Thorp Architects for over five years, Bianca has extensive knowledge of both architecture and the local market in Melbourne. Looking for a change but wanting to continue utilising her expertise, she joined Bespoke Careers in 2013, initially recruiting and resourcing within the architecture team. Bianca spent some time working in our London office in 2018 recruiting for interior designers and urban/landscape architects gaining a global approach. She is now a Principal in the Melbourne office managing permanent architecture positions.
