About this role
This innovative top-tier National Architecture practice works across an array of projects covering commercial, mixed-use, health, multi-res and public projects. If you're a Project Architect with experience leading large-scale complex teams, then this is the opportunity for you to work on iconic projects and with a practice that has a renowned industry standing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale, multi-res, commercial, hotel & mixed-use projects
- Manage and mentor a team
- Work in a hands-on capacity in Revit (preferable) whilst reviewing the teams drawings
- Work across programming and financials of the project
- Validate and develop project and construction schedules
- Liaise with clients, consultants and key stakeholders
- Provide oversight and document construction progress to ensure milestones are met
Skills & Experience
- Masters Degree qualification in Architecture
- Current Victorian ARBV Registration
- Min. 7 years experience, including leading the delivery of projects
- Revit proficiency (preferable)
- Solid all-rounder abilities
- Extensive technical, construction and detailing knowledge
- Experience on site and with contract admin (preferable)
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Ability to motivate others and lead a team
