This role requires a strategic leader who can manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction. The Project Delivery Manager will collaborate closely with design teams, clients, and external partners to achieve project objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Establish Project plans
- Liaise with and report to clients and internal stakeholders
- Client Management (contract negotiations and troubleshooting)
- Team Leadership (of project leaders)
- Contribution to Strategic Planning of Projects
- Identify and implement improvements to processes
- Mentoring and training staff in project delivery and contract management
- Ensure efficient delivery systems and standards
Skills and experience
- Min 10 years experience gained in well regarded studios
- Demonstrated experience on large projects
- Past experience with project resourcing and programming
- Class 2 experience valuable
- Ability to lead teams through all stages
- Ability to manage staff for high productivity and morale
- Mentor staff in career and team based activities
- Have a high customer service focus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
