A prominent architecture and urban design firm based in New York City. Contribute to an approach that is driven by a curiosity for innovative design solutions that transform how people live, work, and interact.
We are seeking talented designers to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with senior architects and designers throughout all stages of project development, from initial concept through to construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Critical thinker with a passion for innovative design solutions.
- Work with senior team members on all phases of project development, from concept design to construction administration.
- Create strong drawing sets through all phases of design using Revit.
- Assist in preparing client presentations, project documentation and submittals for regulatory approvals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- 7+ years of experience in design firms, with a demonstrated ability to contribute to creative projects.
- Stong skills in Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software. Enscape and V-Ray is a plus.
- Strong understanding of NYC building codes, zoning regulations, and construction techniques.
- Excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative team environment and can effectively articulate design concepts.
