Marcos started his career in retail where he managed multi-million dollar flagship stores in New York City. During the height of the pandemic, he decided to focus on his love of recruiting and worked for both boutique and global recruiting firms. After realizing that operations is where he thrived, he joined Bespoke Careers at the beginning of 2023 as an Operations Coordinator for the New York City Office
