About this role


Long established success story in high-end fit-outs, are looking to add to their project team an experienced Project Coordinator to work alongside the PM to manage the delivery of projects within budget and time.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with tender negotiations, variations and contract administration
  • Attend subcontractor, site and client meetings
  • Process invoices and progress payments & assist with cost reporting
  • Organise defects rectification & coordinate WH&S requirements

Skills and experience

  • 1-2 years working in construction in a PC role
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of project management within the construction industry; fit-out and refurbishment advantageous
  • Understanding of specifications and drawings 
  • MS Office: Project, Word, Excel and Outlook
