About this role

Renowned architecture practice seeking experienced  People & Culture Manager with strong HR skills to help with the day to day running of the office, as well as being the go-to person for all things HR related. The successful applicant will embrace leadership of the practice and Partner support, overseeing resourcing, practice policies and procedures. 

Key responsibilities 

  • Keep up to date with human resources management practices and procedures as well as business and management principles 
  • Generalist HR duties 
  • General operations management including finance, facilities, and day to day running of the studio

Skills and experience

  • Solid understanding how practice and project deadlines work
  • Architecture or related Industry experience
  • Ability to resolve complex issues
  • Proven leadership experience
  • A reputation for ethical and truly professional conduct
  • Genuine passion and aptitude for finding great people
  • Previous experience in an architecture, interiors, construction or similar industry is essential
