- Coordinate new hire on-boarding and administer annual reviews
- Spearhead special events, morale building functions
- Manage hiring / recruiting processes
- Maintain vendor management and employee benefits programs
- Communicate and coordinate with IT support
Skills & Experience
- 1 - 3 years of experience as HR Coordinator in the AEC / A&D community
- Excellent written and verbal skills and ability to prioritize & multi-task
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
