About this role
The Resource Manager will proactively work with the Project Management team to understand resource needs of the office, manage and maintain the materials library, and act as primary liaison to outside vendors.
- Organize and maintain the resource library
- Assist preparation of client presentation
- Facilitate vendor presentations
- Research new products and purge outdated materials
- Maintain computer files and design data for ease of research
Key Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years working in the AEC industry with an understanding of project material specifications and vendor relationships
- Highly organized with a systematic approach to resourcing and editing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
