About this role

As a highly responsible and detail focused person you will be in charge of headcount ratios to frequency of desk allocations simultaneously across multiple headquarters. Also for the east US region you will be the major point person tasked with seamless transitions of teams from one location to another.    

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect data and perform analysis from multiple sources and run scenarios and projections
  • Be willing to perform impromptu and last-minute data analysis and space planning idea sessions
  • Generate building stack plans, scenario plans and regional plans for ongoing projects and new developments
  • Take responsibility of the analysis of monthly and quarterly cadence of multiple sites
  • Maintain accuracy and oversight of all headcounts
  • Remain in constant communications with stakeholders on headcount fluctuations and their knock-on effects though facilities
  • Negotiate using plans developed for both block and migration to assist site leads in their needs
  • Provide excellent support to the customer, explaining why choices have been made and negotiating, listening and processing feedback
  • Coordinate with mover managers to make every transition as smooth as possible
  • Present complex strategies with fluency and confidence no matter what level the audience
  • Possess the ability to work autonomously and a natural facility to prioritize information and to channel workflow across several projects at one time
  • Use skill and tenacity in all forms of communication, remaining professional and unambiguous, clarifying points when necessary and helping to identify solutions when needed
  • Remember that confidentiality in all matters is paramount
  • Be willing to solve problems as they arrive, using spontaneous thinking and adaptability to unique situations
  • Always strive for improvement, streamline processes and implement new methods that enhance the competitive advantage



Skills and Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in related space planning roles
  • Knowledge of Archibus or a similar facilities management software
  • High proficiency with all Microsoft office applications
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and the ability to make compelling presentations
  • Willingness to travel within the region of the Americas and LATAM region
  • Flexibility with working hours to accommodate potential time zone differences with regional and central HQ’s
