About this role

A strategic role focused on urban design and masterplanning is required for a global practice.  With studios across the globe, covering a range of sectors, typologies and size of project the client has a truly global footprint.  Each office focuses on their local region, with London considered a medium-to-large office.

This role is new to the practice, based on the increase in work and project wins in urban and masterplanning.  The talented team require an architect or urban designer with strong leadership, mentoring and nurturing to develop their skills in this specific sector.  The successful applicant will have substantial in-depth knowledge of the market in urban design, tailored towards the private sector.  Larger project experience is preferred or an architect/urban designer looking to progress to this scale.  The successful applicant would have a range of typologies including infrastructure, residential, defense/justice, retail across the UK.

The studio is looking for dynamic, enterprising and compelling leaders who are ready to develop and grow an existing sector. A rewarding and challenging role with a practice who’s culture values and compensates well for success and achievements.

Applicants who have a prominent UK project among their samples and a genuine dedication to urban design and masterplanning will be best suited.
