About this role

This international practice is currently looking for a talented Architect to work in their Sydney studio. you will be exposed to the best projects in the state and will contribute to projects that shape your city. The successful applicants will have a minimum of 5-8 years professional practice experience, ideally including site experience and ideally have a thorough understanding of all necessary construction documentation, local codes and legislation. Strong Revit skills are essential. You will also have good all-round abilities with excellent communication skills as you will be working closely with both the Sydney and European based teams. Skills and experience

  • Completed qualifications in Architecture
  • 5 - 8 years professional experience
  • Project Leader experience extremely beneficial
  • Excellent Revit 
  • Excellent client facing skills including liaising with directors and consultants
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a team
  • Experience in seeing a project from inception to completion, including all documentation processes and tenders, specification writing and contract administration
  • Knowledge of relevant local building codes and legislation
  • Exceptional communication skills
