Business Development Manager
About this role
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for acquiring new clients and generating leads, based in Los Angeles with an eye on driving business abroad. Must have an entrepreneurial spirit, self-driven, and pro-active; able to identify decision makers, develop proposals, and create a healthy pipeline with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will work closely with the leadership team to forecast sales and develop strategies to increase brand visibility.
The ideal applicant will have business development or outside sales experience in the A&D or AEC space and be comfortable pitching, selling, and closing with confidence. Experience establishing a start-up or penetrating a new market a plus.
This is a remote role with flex hours interconnected with global offices. Competitive base salary with unlimited commission potential.
