Bespoke Careers are currently working on behalf of one of the worlds most celebrated architectural practices, aiming to bring a talented Part III to the London office, contributing to numerous ongoing high-calibre architectural projects. This medium sized and centrally based practice are searching for an experienced Part III Architect, ideally coming with experience from a similarly set up office.

With a headcount of roughly 35 people, our client is renowned for medium to large iconic works, across a variety of sectors. The studio space is one of the best; self-designed by the architects mirroring the culture of the office, it’s large, spread out, well lit with natural day light and an overall inspiring place to collaborate and produce work with fellow creatives. The practice promotes a good work/life balance, excellent benefits and an open culture, all of which reflects their high staff retention rate.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work side by side with the Directors of the company, producing design both autonomously and as a collective. You will have access to the best resources on the market, lending the opportunity to continue building an impressive body of work for your own portfolio. You will be expected to take on more responsibility as time passes, eventually leading teams of your own. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working towards leading projects and teams
  • Collaborating with Design Directors on live schemes
  • Assisting in the development of junior Architects

Skills and Experience:

  • Fluent in Revit  
  • Experience through all stages of the design process
  • Confident in taking on high responsibility within projects

Bio: Marcus has an educational background in architectural technology, having most recently studied at Edinburgh Napier’s technical campus, Merchiston. Post-university, Marcus moved into the oil and gas industry, spending the next three years of his career working on behalf of oil and gas giants, BP and GE. He relocated to London early in 2017 and started recruiting for architecture, before joining Bespoke Careers at the beginning of 2018 where he works exclusively on our permanent architectural desk in London.
