Our client is a recognised national and international architecture design practice. They are seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist to be the face of the office and provide administrative support to the whole team. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer the phone and greet clients
  • Manage mail
  • Undertake banking
  • Maintain the presentation of the office
  • Order stationery
  • Manage the supplier library
  • Coordinate facility management

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a Reception/ administration role within the creative sector
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
  • Hard-working attitude
  • Professional and approachable manner
