A superb opportunity has arisen for an experienced all-rounder Architect with sound Revit skills who can bring a wealth of design, design development and construction knowledge to exciting large-scale projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team on large-scale ($50m+) projects through all stages and ensure the highest quality project outcomes
  • Work alongside the Design Director
  • Manage clients, consultants and team members
  • Develop concept work into detailed design
  • Prepare accurate and thorough documentation and meet deadlines
  • Assist with construction detailing and documentation

Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in Architecture
  • Current ARBV Registration is ideal but not essential
  • Minimum of 8+ years post grad experience, including the delivery of large-scale, complex educational/ commercial projects
  • Demonstrated experience in working from concept design to project delivery
  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Broad knowledge of the planning process and BCA
  • Strong construction and technical knowledge
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
  • Exceptional communication skills

Bio: Having studied architecture at the University of Melbourne and worked at Peddle Thorp Architects for over five years, Bianca has extensive knowledge of both architecture and the local market in Melbourne. Looking for a change but wanting to continue utilising her expertise she joined Bespoke in 2013, initially recruiting and resourcing within the architecture team. She then transferred to the London office in April 2018 and now recruits on the interior design desk.
