This project management consultancy specialises in office fit-outs, retail, entertainment, government and industrial projects across Australia. With an extensive list of work in the pipeline, they are looking to welcome a mid-level Client-Side Project Manager to their growing team to lead small to medium-sized projects. The successful PM will have at least 5 years relevant experience, exposure to the project life cycle, and be skilled at engaging with clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Work across projects from the initial engagement to project completion
  • Lead small to medium-sized projects within a project team
  • Manage clients, consultants and contractors
  • Create templates and update procedures to streamline projects
  • Contribute to outstanding project outcomes

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in Project Management or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in a Project Architect or Project Management role
  • Exposure to the full project life-cycle
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and financial management software
  • Client-side project management experience
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Commercial acumen
  • Solid report writing and written communication skills
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Motivated and proactive approach
