Director - Mixed Use
About this role
A successful central London practice is looking to appoint a new director. The practice is looking at succession planning, pinpointing gaps in their senior management to appoint an architect with leadership qualities. They are a medium-sized practice with a sensitive, broad-minded approach across residential, masterplanning and urban realm covering all RIBA stages. Clients are a mix of public and private - they ideally want to be expanding their private sector client base.
This will suit a director or someone wanting to move into a directorial role. You will need self-confidence, the ability to back yourself and be ready to step into a work-winning position to drive and develop the ongoing success of the practice.
You will be given freedom, trust and autonomy to build and expand the portfolio, developing strategies and new business opportunities.
They have a talented team of designers and would like the appointment to remain hands-on, nurturing and developing the team and having wider input into the strategy and direction of the studio.
