An award-winning Architectural studio on the city fringe are seeking a Receptionist to coordinate office admin needs. The Sydney studio collaborate closely with their global team on a range of projects including residential, hotels and hospitality. You will ideally have a background and qualifications in Architecture or interior design.
- Manage inbound calls and respond to general enquiries
- Greet clients and visitors
- Maintain clean and presentable studio
- Coordinate meeting rooms and catering
- Manage kitchen and utility areas
- Order office consumables
- Assist design team with admin needs
Skills and Experience
- Previous reception experience ideal
- Background in design highly desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate initiative and attention to detail
- Enjoying having a friendly chat and barista skills are a bonus!
