About this role

This design studio is dedicated to creative quality and delivers premier projects in multiple sectors. Located on the city-fringe, they have a ‘less is more’ philosophy and a commitment to excellence. An opening has come about for an industry-experienced Senior Project Manager to join the team in a pivotal role and liaise between the client and the creative team. The successful PM will be mature and adaptable, with skills in sales, team management and operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive projects; manage time frames, scheduling, workflow and communication
  • Ensure client expectations are met by the creative team
  • Maintain client relationships 
  • Be responsive to client feedback on projects

Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in Architecture or a related field
  • 4+ years’ experience in Project Management role in the design industry
  • Understanding of all phases of the project life cycle
  • Track record of excellent project profitability
  • Solid understanding of technical architectural drawings
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with the ability to juggle tight/ conflicting deadlines
  • Solid negotiation skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and conflicts
