About this role

This national, award-winning architecture practice works across multiple sectors, including commercial, multi-residential, student accommodation, health, aged care, and seniors living. An opportunity has arisen for a mid-senior Architect or experienced graduate to jump on board with the Melbourne team. The successful individual will be proficient in Revit, offer a stand-out portfolio showcasing similar sector experience, and be able to demonstrate all-round capabilities across both design and documentation. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop concept work into detailed design
  • Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, technical specialists and team members
  • Work in both 2D and 3D, generating a variety of design content
  • Assist with construction documentation and detailing
  • Ensure the highest quality project outcomes

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Architecture
  • Minimum of 4+ years post grad experience, including working in a design-driven practice on large-scale projects
  • Proficiency in Revit & Sketch-up, having used the software in a professional environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a wider team
  • Strong eye for detail and design

Bio: Jenna gained her Bachelor of Interior Architecture and Design at Nottingham Trent University and worked as a senior designer on retail, commercial and mixed-use projects for six years. In late 2016 she made the move to Australia to help establish the practice on the ground in Melbourne undertaking a business development role, familiarising herself with local developers, architectural practices and the Australian architecture & design landscape. Jenna has an expansive understanding of the industry domestically and abroad - she joined Bespoke Careers in 2017 on the architecture team.
