An opportunity has arisen for a switched-on Administrator to join the close-knit team and provide exceptional administration support to the Directors and the wider team. The successful Administrator will have a positive approach and outstanding administration skills. Experience within the design industry will be highly regarded. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Directors
  • Manage diaries and travel bookings
  • Meet and greet clients and assist as reception support
  • Assist with marketing & PR tasks
  • Provide general office and administration support

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 2+ years office administration experience, ideally in the design industry/ or related industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Project, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Proficiency in InDesign (a bonus)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
  • A ‘can-do’ attitude with a strong work ethic
