About this role

This design-focused, contemporary architectural practice works across a wide range of sectors and have a global network of offices. The studio is known for supporting their people to maintain a good balance between work and life. A position has arisen in their Melbourne office for an organised Executive Assistant to join the group and provide outstanding support to the Directors and team. The successful EA will have a proactive, flexible approach and solid administration and organisation skills. Any experience within the design industry will be highly regarded. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Directors and team
  • Manage diary and emails and coordinate meetings
  • Liaise with clients
  • Prepare presentation materials
  • Manage confidential and sensitive documents
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel
  • Assist with document management and project support

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 3+ years experience as an EA (design industry experience highly regarded)
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Proficiency in InDesign
  • Strong administration and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
  • Proactive and positive approach
