The team is looking to welcome a BIM Model Manager to lead the BIM delivery of large, high-profile infrastructure projects in Auckland. The successful BIM Model Manager will be a Revit whiz with solid experience in the implementation and maintenance of Revit standards, templates and families. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the BIM delivery of large, high-profile projects
  • Develop project-specific workflows and strategies
  • Create initial REVIT Project setup with workflow documents, and content
  • Align all aspects of project processes with in-house guidelines
  • Conduct clash-detection and conflict resolution
  • Manage documentation and data standards
  • Oversee and maintain the digital content library
  • Provide BIM support and troubleshooting for the architecture and design teams
  • Train and mentor staff in BIM softwares
  • Keep the office informed of the latest developments in BIM

Skills & Experience

  • Degree qualification in Architecture
  • Minimum 5yrs in an Architectural BIM/ Computational/ Technology Management role in a design practice
  • Experience in developing BIM workflows and strategies on large-scale project typologies
  • Expert knowledge of and proven practical background in Autodesk Revit and related BIM authoring software
  • Automation and Dynamo skills and experience
  • Knowledge of building methods, construction detailing and construction processes
  • Solid understanding of legacy BIM and CAD applications and practices
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Desire to work on quality architecture and a passion for landmark projects
