About this role

This company is a market leader in the Australian commercial furniture industry as well as exclusive suppliers to some of the leading workplace and loose furniture manufacturers. With an innovative sales approach, the team differentiates themselves from competitors through creative marketing and a superior user experience. The group is seeking an immaculately-presented Front of House Showroom Coordinator to be the important first point of contact, and to manage internal processes, quoting, scheduling and tendering for projects as well as for showroom-based sales. The successful coordinator will have a positive approach, an eye for detail and polished communication skills. Key Responsibilities 

  • Be the first point of contact for customers and clients via reception
  • Undertake general admin and office management duties
  • Assist with quotes, sales orders, schedules and tenders
  • Compile and send data sheets, images and technical specifications
  • Maintain client and supplier database in consultation with the sales team
  • Assist sales team with the coordination of appointments and product campaigns
  • Coordinate transfers of samples locally and interstate
  • Organise supplier presentations and
  • Attend and contribute to showroom presentations and showroom events

Skills & Experience

  • Friendly attitude with GREAT customer service skills 
  • Immaculate presentation
  • Proficiency in Adobe creative suite
  • Friendly approach with outstanding communication skills
  • Experience in sales administration
  • Familiarity with the quotes and tender processes (favorable)
  • Highly motivated and proactive outlook
  • Passion for design industry
  • Creative approach, demonstrated in a beautifully-presented CV
