About this role

This leading, multi-disciplinary practice is renowned for cutting-edge design and daring architectural responses. Located in the heart of the CBD, the fast-paced studio buzzes with activity and creativity. An opportunity has come about for an Architect to contribute their skills to large-scale education, community and mixed-use projects, with engagement from TP to delivery phases. The successful Architect will be Revit-proficient, competent working in a 2IC capacity on large-scale projects, and able to contribute independently to the back-end project life-span. Key Responsibilities

  • Work across large-scale projects
  • Support a Senior Project Architect
  • Lead aspects of large-scale projects
  • Work across the documentation and contract admin phases
  • Manage clients, consultants and team members

Skills & Experience

  • Masters Degree in Architecture
  • Current ARBV Registration
  • Minimum of 5+yrs of post-graduate experience, including in a 2IC role
  • High Revit proficiency
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
  • Strong construction and technical knowledge
  • Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills
  • Ability to multitask and effectively prioritise
  • Willingness to be ‘on the tools’ when required

Having most recently practised at Hayball Architects, she has a thorough grasp of architectural procedures and skill-sets and draws on this in recruiting for permanent architectural roles. Rochelle graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Masters in Architecture in 2009 and gained over seven years' post-graduate experience before joining Bespoke Careers in 2017.
