This award-winning architecture, urban planning and interior design practice is located in a great area of Melbourne’s CBD, close to public transport and in a gorgeous office with STUNNING views. The energetic team are seeking a technical BIM Coordinator to work on healthcare, education, senior living and commercial projects. The successful BC will contribute project-specific input through documentation, BIM coordination and model management. This is a perfect opportunity for a technically-driven professional with strong BIM experience in the local market. Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake project-specific BIM coordination, model management and content creation
  • Maintain day-to-day documentation and detailing input, across varying phases
  • Coordinate with colleagues and consultants and assist in project workflows
  • Maintain BIM standards across large-scale projects
  • Act as a BIM champion within the practice

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in Architecture or BIM
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a technician/ BIM Coordination role, across large-scale local projects (health and education sector experience ideal)
  • Excellent BIM literacy
  • Navisworks proficiency  
  • Fundamental experience in Aconex, Lumion, Enscape and Rhino
  • Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
  • Enthusiastic and positive approach
