A position has arisen for an organised Executive Assistant to join the Melbourne team and provide outstanding support to the Directors, particularly with their outstanding InDesign Skills. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Directors and team
- Manage diary and emails and coordinate meetings
- Liaise with clients
- Design presentation materials for the directors
- Manage confidential and sensitive documents
- Coordinate domestic and international travel
- Assist with document management and project support
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 3+ years experience as an EA - ideally within the design industry
- Exceptional InDesign skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Powerpoint
- Demonstrated administration and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
- Proactive and positive approach
