About this role

A highly celebrated London architectural practice is aiming to bring a talented technician to its London office, contributing to numerous ongoing high-calibre architectural projects. This medium-sized practice is searching for a technician to join its latter stage team, working across sectors.

With a headcount of roughly 50 people, the practice is renowned for medium-to-large schemes, with a focus on the housing sector. The studio space is one of best we’ve visited, self-designed by the architects and mirroring the culture of the office; it’s large, spread out, well-lit with natural daylight and an overall inspiring place to collaborate and produce work with fellow creatives. The practice promotes a good work/life balance, excellent benefits, team bonding and an open culture, all of which reflect their high staff retention rate.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work side-by-side with leading staff members, contributing to detailing and construction both autonomously and as a collective. You will have access to the best resources on the market, lending the opportunity to continue building an impressive body of work for your own portfolio. As time passes you will take on more responsibility and prove yourself as a future leader.

This is a fantastic opportunity to continue your career with a best-in-class architectural brand, work towards great schemes, constantly improve your skill set and take on future leadership responsibilities.

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong software ability. Revit a must.
  • BIM knowledge.
  • Strong technical ability.
  • Confident in taking on responsibility within projects.
  • Demonstrable experience within architecture.
