Key Responsibilities
- Manage concept design and development
- Monitor each project stage from concept to completion
- Lead large-scale projects across multiple sectors
- Liaise with clients and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role at a top-tier practice
- Experience on large to mid scale project in more than one sector ideally including commercial and education (tertiary)
- Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills, documentation and detailing ability
- A passion for design and aesthetics
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to take on responsibility
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills
- Strong understanding of Australian standards and BCAs
