About this role

This global planning and development practice has a strong local presence and an international network. Committed to protecting the environment and investing in communities, the group focuses on exciting, landmark projects across the globe. They are seeking a talented and creative Submissions Manager to join their Melbourne team and manage marketing and submissions alongside the wider marketing team. The successful Submissions Manager will have exceptional communication skills and industry experience in managing pitches, award submissions and presentations. Work on interesting projects and showcase your talent alongside a progressive, friendly, award-winning team!

Key Responsibilities

  • Write, coordinate and edit tender submissions and proposals
  • Seek out tender and new business opportunities
  • Liaise with in-house architects and designers
  • Devise and implement marketing strategies
  • Maintain the knowledge library and CRM system

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualification with specialisation in a creative field
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar role, within architecture or a related industry
  • Working knowledge of the full Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign and Photoshop
  • Articulate, winning and creative writing style
  • High attention to detail
  • Active interest in and knowledge of architecture and design
  • Outstanding presentation skills with a keen understanding of style
