Bespoke Careers is looking for a design recruiter to join our growing team in Hollywood.
We are a group of architects and designers who recruit talent for design firms all over the world. This unique role allows you to do something different with your design training and experience while remaining fully immersed in the industry.
Help top design firms create their perfect team by reviewing applicants, interviewing candidates, writing interview summaries, nurturing existing client relationships as well as business development with new clients.
The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, enjoy client interaction and be passionate about the design industry. Working collaboratively with like-minded people you will provide inspiration and guidance to others looking for their next career move.
This particular role will specialize in recruiting design staff for practices based in San Francisco, which will involve remote recruitment as well as attending events and meetings in the Bay Area. Someone who has relocated to Los Angeles and who has a good knowledge of SF and the surrounding areas would be ideal.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Qualifications in architecture, design or relevant fields;
- Proven relationship building and customer service skills;
- Excellent communication skills capable of presenting to a group of people;
- Good influencing and networking skills;
- Sales experience will be an advantage but not essential.
