This small design practice focuses on high-end, medium-density residential projects in the city-fringe and bayside areas. The studio is proving themselves to be the one to watch, due to their high level of design resolution to projects and successful planning processes. An opening has arisen for a motivated Project Architect to join their talented team. The successful Architect will have design sensibility, ArchiCAD skills and a proven track record of effectively running projects from DD phase through to handover. If you have long-term ambition in the private residential and multi-residential sectors, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities 

  • Run multiple projects simultaneously
  • Assess and manage project workloads and resources
  • Develop concept work into detailed design
  • Prepare accurate and thorough documentation
  • Manage clients, consultants and team members
  • Bring projects in on time and on budget
  • Ensure the highest quality project outcomes

Skills & Experience

  • Degree qualification in Architecture
  • Current ARBV Registration
  • 6+ years post grad experience, including commercial and multi-residential projects
  • Proficiency in ArchiCAD and Revit
  • Experience in running projects across all phases
  • Broad knowledge of the planning process and BCA
  • Strong construction and technical knowledge
  • Commercial acumen
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Looking for a change but wanting to continue utilising her expertise, she joined Bespoke Careers in 2013, initially recruiting and resourcing within the architecture team. Bianca spent some time working in our London office in 2018 recruiting for interior designers and urban/landscape architects gaining a global approach. She is now a Principal in the Melbourne office managing permanent architecture positions.
