About this role

This established Architecture practice works as an integrated studio across a number of locations in Australia and surrounds. With a focus on high-level design resolution for education, public and infrastructure projects, and an extensive network of international designers, the studio offers a supportive and rewarding work environment. An opportunity has arisen for a competent Technician to join the Melbourne team in a key position. The successful Technician will bring project documentation expertise, with work across both BIM model management and project loads. Share your knowledge and skills, and work with talented people who have a passion for quality design and architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work 100% across projects, providing day-to-day documentation, including some BIM model management and coordination
  • Set up large projects and workflows to client requirements
  • Produce documentation and data standards and maintain full-time project input

Skills & Experience

  • Degree qualification in Architecture
  • Minimum 5yrs in an Architectural documentation/ BIM coordination role in a design practice
  • High Revit proficiency
  • Commercial acumen
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Friendly and enthusiastic approach
  • Ability to run, maintain and install BIM-related software and hardware considered a bonus
