Showroom Sales Support
About this role
Artisan interior design company is seeking a proactive, organized Showroom Sales Support person for their LA store. A successful candidate should have a proven track record of being detail oriented, organized, and reliable. In this role, you will be the liaison between the Sales Staff, Vendors, and Designers.
- Assist Sales Staff with expediting and order management
- Generate order documents such as, Purchase Orders, Order Acknowledgements, Pro Forma Invoices, etc.
- Ship Samples for Approval
- Provide general administrative support, including: filing shipments, showroom errands, printing, etc.
- Perform data entry & inventory management
- Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ plus years of experience in a support role
- Architectural & Design Industry Experience Preferred
- A well-groomed appearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented and abile to multi-task
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook and Quickbooks
