Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design and develop design, from concept through to completion
  • Lead and mentor small design teams
  • Liaise with clients t facing ability including briefing and pitching skills
  • Manage the documentation team including project planning
  • Track project profitability
  • Coordinate and liaise with consultants
  • Be onsite for inspections, respond to RFIs and resolve design issues
  • Communicate emerging technology and workplace design trends to the design team
  • Maintain industry and commercial awareness to build relationships and develop and expand opportunities

Skills & Experience

  • Degree qualification in Interior Design or Architecture
  • Minimum of 10 years’ professional, post-graduate experience in workplace and or education projects
  • Revit proficiency (ideal)
  • Design acumen, with an acute eye for design
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously
